In Person Group Prenatal Class Series (4 weeks)
Join us for a comprehensive 4-week prenatal series designed to empower expecting parents with practical knowledge, hands-on skills, and the confidence to welcome your baby with calm and clarity. These in-person sessions are warm, inclusive, and interactive - perfect for first-time parents or those wanting a refresher.
Each week, we’ll explore topics including:
Understanding your body: labour anatomy, the stages of labour, and how to recognize true vs. false labour
Pain management: both medical and non-medical options, so you can explore what’s right for you
Birth prep: creating a birth plan, navigating choices, and learning how your support person can confidently advocate for you
Life with baby: feeding basics, newborn sleep, diapering, bathing, umbilical cord care, and swaddling
Bonding & baby cues: learn to read your baby’s signals and foster a strong early attachment
Whether you're planning a hospital or home birth, medicated or unmedicated, this course will leave you feeling informed and supported as you prepare for birth and baby.
Group size is kept small to allow for questions, discussion, and personalized support.
Partners or support people are included and encouraged to attend.
